Customer focused spare parts e-commerce heads to Germany

Next week, the CADshare team will be hitting the road. Destination: Germany. We’ll be showing off the raft of new features we’ve unleashed for our customers which help them deliver engaging parts purchasing experiences to their customers with minimal effort.

First off, we are delighted to be invited on to the Autodesk Forge stand at the world class Autodesk University in Darmstadt from october 16th to the 18th. Fresh from it’s outing at the sister event in London, the Lego 42055 Bucket Wheel Excavator will be making a return to the stand, but this time it’s been upgraded! Faster excavation, remote control and condition monitoring all from the CADshare AU Germany app. Come and see it in action, and get some insights into how we make it so easy for your customers to identify and order their spare parts.

Following that, we’re off to Hamburg and Aftermarket:Europe to discuss digitisation of spare parts e-commerce with senior executives from industry leading manufacturers including Sandvik, Outotec, Danfoss and Caterpillar. A select gathering of Aftermarket specialists, A:M Europe is where the future of the industry is debated and new ideas are forged. We’re hosting a round table discussion to debate the impact that the part ordering process can have on repeat equipment and aftermarket sales. This really flows well with the preceding presentation as Magnus Berg of Unicarriers relates his experiences of removing friction from all customer touch points in the Aftermarket.

If you’d like to meet at either event, send Chris Acheson a private message and he’ll get straight back to you.
